Flush mount doors are custom clad in a cladding to suite, and installed flush which allows the door to align with the garage cladding. This then provides the appearance that your garage door to almost seamlessly integrates to the front of your home; only to be noticed when the door actually begins to open.

As with all of our other sectional doors our flush mount sectional doors are also available with or without insulation.
BESPOKE PLYWOOD SECTIONAL DOOR

Plywood sectional doors are designed to complement existing and new homes with style and strength. Available with panel joints close butted or with a negative detail. Boarders made to suite the style and look the client in looking for. Options to leave natural , stain or paint are also available.

DOOR CONSTRUCTION.Plywood is glued and face fix with either a galvanized or stainless steel screw on to a galvanized box section frame that is welded together.
Western Red Cedar Sectional Dooor.

Cedar doors are made up of parallel horzontal TG&V boards that are sympathetic with the look of traditional weatherboards. Cedar doors are availabe in many configrations.

Staining, Painting or a natural look to finish off the look of the cedar door.

DOOR CONSTRUCTION. Cedar is glued and stainless steel stapled to plywood strips which are nailed onto a galvanized box section frame that is welded together.
The Aluminium Composite material used in the construction of these sectional garage doors was originally developed as a commercial cladding for buildings and high-rises. The flat minimalist look of this style of door perfectly complements modern home architecture. Negative detail can be used to introduce bold lines to the door for a striking effect.

The panel is created by attaching the Aluminium Composite cladding to a 25x25mm galvanized box section welded steel frame. The frame make-up is based on what negative detail is required allowing freedom of design.
